Development background

ㆍ At there, APC valve plays an important role, and the APC valve was not localized, APC valves are mostly Japanese products, so it was exclusively dependent on foreign products.

APC Localization Development started in 2019 and succeeded in localization of APC VALVE for the first time in Korea, Performance verification is completed by Samsung Electronics, SK Hynix, and Wonik IPS.

- Development Concept : Be compatible with C** products : Install or Control performance

- Valve & Controller developed by MST are all compatible

2. Cost cut (About more than 20%)

- Reduce the cost of new purchases of APC VALVE low speed/high speed type for spare

- Reduce repair costs for existing Maker product (existing genuine → localized compatible)

3. Valve structure improvement

- Position Sensor contact type → non-contact type

- If C** Co.’s Board is Fail, can use AST APC Valve instead

(Cost savings is possible through replacement)

- Valve body anti-corrosion coating SCACF coating (Re Coating is possible)

- Can be structured to meet customer specifications

4. Shortening of delivery time

- Emergency period of delivery is possible

- Delivery takes 4 ~ 6 weeks

5. Repair

- Localization product’s repair can be proceeded

- APC parts are compatible for repair(Existing maker’s expensive repair cost down)

→ Board, Servo Valve, Bellows...)

- High speed type valve repair is possible

- C** Company’s Board → can be replaced by AST product
